Sign is approximately 10 x 13", blue background, white/green/red lettering, mat 15.5 x 13", purple, frame 14 x 17", gold painted wood, professionally framed, not examined out of frame. Sign has light soiling and spotting, couple of small paint spatters, the "s" on "Baths" is rubbed, looks like the sign might have originally read "Bath House" as there's a shadow "house" else appears very good condition as does the mat and frame. Written in pencil on the back "From some spa in Mt. Clemens, MI". The Wayne Bath House/Wayne Baths was part of the Wayne Hotel which opened in 1887 in downtown Detroit. The baths were added in 1915 and continued on until 1958 even though the Wayne Hotel was torn down in 1931. SCARCE memorabilia. Extra shipping required, not responsible for glass.
