14 x 8.5", black boards, red leather spine, 152pp. Covers poor, detached and taped on, worn, textblock cracked, interior has some soiling, staining and spotting else good. Pages 1-31 have copies of original documents attached to them offering up stock, articles of incorporation, all with original signatures of the Pioch family; pages 32-42 are handwritten minutes of meetings; page 43 is a copy of a directors meeting, stapled to page 45 are 9 typed (a copy of the original) pages on shareholder consent for the company's dissolution and attached to page 47 is the certificate of dissolution, signed by the Ohio secretary of state along with his seal and attached to page 49 are two typed pages (copies) of the certificate of transfer. Blank pages: 44, 46, 48 and 50-152. Again, the documents have the original signatures of the Pioch family. John Pioch, 1856-1924 was a general contractor.
