Imperial Porcelain Plate, iron cross with crown and the date 1914 in the center surrounded by oak leaves

9.5" diameter. White base, blue iron cross with the Imperial Crown, letter "W" and 1914, all outlined in light grey/silver, above the cross is a circular border of oak leaves with gold and black ribbons woven throughout, edge is gilt-trimmed with a decorative band. On the reverse: "KPM" and an orb with cross at top, a line of blurry letters(?) and the Imperial Cross, above is a "30/21" and "19" and "70" on opposite sides. The Imperial colors for King Wilhelm and the royal family were gold and black. No signs of wear, etc. Fine condition. SCARCE. Very attractive.
