11 x 6.5" and expands to 11 x 13.25", printed and filled in, a blank page is archivally attached to the document (the reason for the "expansion"). Extremely fragile, tears, horizontal tear all the way across the center, chipped, upper and lower margins missing pieces and affects the text and a list of names, blank page has tears and where it is attached to the document it covers the ends of all the sentences. "Arising by Virtue of the said Act, unto...(Godolphin, Russell, Fane and Stephens)...the sum of One Hundred Pounds in Repayment of the like sum by them..." These four men knew each other well, additionally they were the trustees and executors of Sarah, Duchess of Marlborough. SCARCE. SWAF.
