Vellum, oblong 11.25 x 18". Fold creases, tear (approximately 4") from lower corner upwards and doesn't interfere with writing, tiny hole, some browning near edges and along fold creases else good to very good condition. "Louis par la grace de Dieu Roy de France et de Navarre". At the bottom, below "Par le Roy" is the name of Montegnard with his initials. Secretarial signature. Attractive document.
