9 x 5.5", gilt-ruled leather with cloth-taped spine, 126pp in double columns, covers worn, edges bumped and chipping, old erased inkstamps on front flys, minor spotting to edges of textblock, inner hinges cracked and covers loose. A later edition, but written in pencil inside front cover is "1st Ed under Lamb's name in 1 vol edition."
