Framed photograph "Lotus Baseball Club Season 1894" with coach and players' names below

Photo 13.5 x 10.5" attached to a mat that is approximately 14.5 x 17.5", sturdy oak frame 20.5 x 23.5" with decorative inner trim. Badly waterstained, worst is at the bottom over the names and lower edge of photo, backing waterstained, frame is worn, rubbed, scraped, varnish(?) peeling, inner trim missing pieces. Not examined out of frame. Photo shows ten members of the all male team in Lotus uniforms (including two bat boys), one man in a turtleneck, another in shirtsleeves and the coach seated on a chair in the center for a total of thirteen. The names: Wm. Boocher (according to his obituary in the Battle Creek, MI newspaper he was from Burr Oak, his dates were 1868-1957 and he was a well-known baseball player in his youth). Not as much information available on the remainder: Chas. Rutter 1873-1956, from Bridgeton, Indiana and also played for Ishpeming in the Upper Peninsula League, George Schrauder 1850-1931, Monroe, MI, Charles Fuller 1867-1932, Cook Co., IL, Wm. Dusablon, Monroe, MI. The remainder no information available: Joe Kremer, Wm. Kocur, Percy Jack, A.H. Jack, F. Pecord, Wm. Mitchell, P. Charter. They are shown posing with bats, balls, and mitts and the image is still sharp. Again, not examined out of frame. Sold as is.
