Dedicated to the needs of the movie theatre industry with chapters like "Plan Your Acoustics", "Typography In Changeable Letters", "Efficient Application Of The Carbon Arc", "Modern Air Conditioning Installations". Approximately one-fourth is "Theatre Design Of Today And Tomorrow" which shows theatres across the U.S. along with names of the architects, suppliers, etc. One of the most successful theatre architects was John Eberson whose works are shown here: The Hyattsville, Hyattsville, Maryland, the Astor in Philadelphia and with son Drew the "Playhouse" in Ridgefield, Connecticut. This catalog belonged to Charles N. Agree, a prominent Detroit architect who designed many of Detroit's theatres, his Harper theatre is shown in this catalogue. Limited to 2500 copies, this is #62.
