Cartoons by "Chip" (Frank Bellew), oblong 9 x 11.5", cloth backed pict boards, unpaginated, covers worn, soiled and spotted, extremities bumped and chipped, bold ink presentation inscription from former owner (dated 1896) on front fly, pp a bit used and finger-soiled, but still a nicely preserved piece. Social commentary.
