4.25 x 2.25", cream ribbon, black lettering with image of Jack London's face. Small area of staining, couple of tears at top, edges frayed, light creasing else good. The Glen Ellen Women's Improvement Club raised $15,000 through various endeavors (ie. a ball, art exhibition, private subscriptions) to pay for construction of the library. Ground was broken in 1921 and it was dedicated in 1923. It would contain London's complete works, a room to display his collection of South Seas artifacts. SCARCE.
