Illus., 2 fold out maps (one is a bird's-eye view), oblong 6 x 9", tan covers, front cover has a copper colored illus. of a steamship along with title, rear cover has a large copper colored eye with "The Eye Of The Northwest" next to it, 148pp. Small tape repairs to covers, front cover splitting, lacks tips of three corners, spine peeling and missing small pieces, light spotting on foredge, occasional light soiling/smudging to contents, textblock tight, good to very good condition. Map of Superior has a small tear at fold and is tape repaired at left margin else good to very good condition.The second map is a railroad map and shows the top half of the U.S., west-east and across Nevada, Utah, etc. Some of the views: "Whaleback Steamer Pillsbury", Belknap Street at Tower Avenue, Listman Mill and Elevator, Cloquet Block. A lot of Indian reservations are shown. SCARCE, especially in this condition.
