Covers heavily soiled, smudged, edge/spine tears, chipping, stamped "Complimentary Not To Be Sold", contents have light soiling and toning, "bass" is missing a corner else good. The cover illustration by Albert Wilfred Barbelle shows a judge standing behind his bench pointing at a young woman wearing handcuffs with hearts attached and Cupid below her hands tugging on heart strings.
