Overall good. The Au Sable and North-Western Railway owned over 125,000 acres of land along the tracks in Alcona County, specifically Sunnyside, Glennie, Cloverdale and Mikado. Booklet and brochures have photos and glowing letters from new property owners. A total of five items, sold as a lot only. SCARCE.
