Illus., 8.5 x 5", pict stapled wraps, 59pp + photos. Covers poor, textblock has loose/detached pages, tears, creasing and soiling. Comes with a color postcard titled "Gateway To A Home" showing a woman standing in a field with a house behind her, postally used (1913?), some soiling and creasing. The Au Sable & North-Western Railway owned several thousand acres of land along the tracks in Alcona County, specifically Sunnyside, Fairview, Glennie, Cloverdale and Mikado. The booklet has photos and glowing letters from new property owners. SCARCE. Sold as a pair only.
