Colored maps; views, 18 x 15", half leather; gilt-lettered embossed black cloth, 79pp, covers quite worn, leather spine and corners quite abraded, extremities bumped and chipped (especially spine ends), inner hinges reinforced but front hinge still cracked at next page, contents toned and heavily finger soiled, with some spotting and ink/pencil annotations; includes nice two-page view of the Buhl estate (with a croquet game going on), and the two-page colored map of Detroit. Not great, but complete and usable.
