Biographical Questionnaire Filled-In and Signed by Anne Rice Sept. 10, 1976

(Berkeley, CA) 1976 One sheet printed on both sides, folds, inkstamp on front cover, FILLED-IN (in black magic marker and black ink) AND SIGNED BY ANNE RICE; stapled to a few other photocopied pages of bibliographic and biographic information, including two sheets that appear to have been provided (and typed) by Rice herself; prepared for inclusion in an authors' biographical reference book. Rice includes a number of jobs (including waitress, grill cook, theatre usherette, etc.) under "Career" lists personal information (including her address, her daughter's name- and "died 8-5-72"); she also states that she was "....Currently doing research in New Orleans history for two novels, "one concerning the 'gens de coleur libre' of New Orleans between the 1700's and 1861" which would become her second book, The Feast of All Souls). Also stapled in is a short typed note from the reference book publisher asking Rice to make further corrections, on which Rice has written "Thank you, I made on change on the second page..." SIGNED BY ANNE RICE.
