Postcard "The Edison Portland Cement Co." postmarked Stewartsville, N.J. 1907 to the Broadway Realty Co. at 500 Fifth Ave., informing them that their order had been shipped to the Edison Portland Cement Company's facility in Hoboken City, N.J.

Stewartsville Oct. 26, 1907 3.25 x 5.5", printed, form #79. Soiling, light creasing, edge tear, pencil info on back is light, pencil address on front is very light, faint, barely legible (there are unknown initials in front of the word Broadway.) Thomas Edison founded Edison Portland Cement Company in 1899 in New Village, New Jersey and supplied cement for dams, roads, buildings ie Yankee Stadium in 1922. From an ad: " The same inventive genius which has given him fame in other fields has given him success as the manufacturer of Edison Portland Cement." SCARCE ephemera.
