St. Clair Flats 1936 No photographer listed. 6.25 x 5.5. Lightly curled, light soiling and creasing, signature ink stamped, else good/very good. George M. Hendrie of Detroit and Hamilton, Ontario was a businessman; former vice president of the Detroit & Cleveland Navigation Company and a sportsman belonging to several clubs, i.e., Ontario Jockey Club, Highland Park Jockey Club, the Detroit Driving Club and a member of the St. Clair Flats shooting club from 1889-1943. In 1872, the St. Clair Flats Fishing and Shooting Club was formed; in 1902 it was reorganized and the new name was The Old Club.
