Detroit 1892 30 x 21, light soiling, creasing, edge tears, small dent with tiny tear else good. In shrink wrap with form core backing. Map shows the southwestern area of Detroit near the Detroit River which includes the Detroit Industrial Exposition grounds, Fort Wayne, the River Rouge, Woodmere Cemetery, Baby Creek, Brady Island, brickyards, stockyards, lumber companies, railroads, etc. The southernmost section is labeled "Ecorce" and just above it is "Springwells." Currently, most of the Ecorce section is part of the Ford Rouge Complex. Stamped "Compliments of L.F. Phister, Real Estate and Loans, 151 Griswold St., Telephone 1479, Detroit." Scarce.
