The Norwegian-American Historical Association: Northfield. 1928 20 separate b&w plates (including frontis) + one not on the plate list, foldout map, 9 x 6, sewn brown wraps with black lettering, 211 pp. Covers creased with some soiling, spine cover torn, inner hinges and text block cracked, ink names, light stain on foredge affecting the interior of some of the pages, tears, upper corner pages bumped else good. Extra plate, opposite p 106 is of "The 'Seeandbee' ". The ports of call were Georgian Bay and Lakes Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie and Ontario. Many of these locations are along the shoreline of the state of Michigan including the Upper Peninsula.
