Oliver Chilled Plow Works: South Bend nd (1880s) Lithographs by Shober & Carqueville, Chicago, on front and back covers. 7 x 4.5, pict wraps, 16 pp. Covers soiled, toned, light creasing, scattered spotting, light staining and ink stamp of Duncan & Ingalls, Pontiac, Mich on the back cover, a few small edge tears, contents have light creasing and light staining on upper margins. A promotional booklet issued by Oliver Chilled Plow Works, the story is about Simmons' visit to their "works." Front lithograph contains several images: a man using the Oliver-Casady plow, woman and man fishing and a duck hunter shooting ducks from his rowboat. The back cover shows the factory "The Largest Plow Works in the World."
