The Bibliographical Society of America: np 1942 9 x 6, stapled wraps, 10 pp, covers a bit worn with former owner's ink-stamped name on front cover and bookplate inside front cover, contents with some pencil notes else a nice copy, with "Complements of Alexander J. Wall . . . " printed note tipped in at end. Also included: short Typed Letter Signed from author on NY Historical Society letterhead, dated 1/16/43, presenting the pamphlet (one of only 50 copies printed!). Former owner was Francis Waring Robinson, former head of the Detroit Institute of Arts.
