Benton & Andrews: Rochester. 1864 Illustr, 7.5 x 5, blindstamped cloth with gilt lettering and decoration; 349 + 76 (appendix). Covers fair (well worn, faded, stained, frayed, etc.), inner front hinge cracked and cover loose, pencil and ink names, bookplate, text block cracked, loose signatures, detached pages, scattered spotting, staining, soiling, small tears, toning, creased corners; however, approx 2/3 of contents are clean and good. The 33rd were present at the battles of Williamsburg, Mechanicsburg, Malvern, Crampton's Pass, Antietam, Fredericksburg, and Salem Heights. Sold as is. No returns. FIRST ED.
