Various annual and biennial reports removed from original wraps and bound together in one volume so condition varies. Overall, light staining, spotting, smudging, tears, pencil notes, small tears, creasing, toning, soiling, chipping else contents good. Disbound, rear cover detached, front cover almost detached, covers fair. Maps have scattered spotting, light soiling, toning, archivally reparied tears, wear along fold creases else good. Along with the usual facts and figures, a main area of interest is the building of a sea wall: "Estimates, Specifications and Explanations for the Construction of a Sea Wall Along the Water Front of San Francisco" and "Specifications for Building the Sea Wall along the Water Front of . . . " The maps are especially nice since they detaiil the areas for where the sea wall is to be built. 15 reports total.
