"Confidential, Important Private Letter from Octavia," pamphlet directed at North Americans from Octavia, once Mabel Barltrop, then Shiloh, the long-awaited daughter of prophetess Joanna Southcott.

np (London?) July, 1923. 8.25 x 5.25, stapled self wraps, (7) pp, very worn, soiled, staining to back cover, printed with manuscript annotations from sender (including the crossing out of proper names and instructions on how to tithe. Panacea Society believes in the prophecy of Joanna Southcott, whose truck full of secrets is still unopened. The Panacea Society was started about a hundred years after Southcott's death by Barltrop and others, and still proceeds today. Interesting piece of material by this controversial group.
