Souvenir celluloid-backed pocket mirror.

Detroit nd (early 1900s Oval 2.75 x 2, celluloid is in red and white. Spotting to mirror, light wear and scratches else good. There is a cream center with a shield that reads "Garland Stoves and Ranges" and below "The World's Best Largest Makers of Stoves in the World;" around the rim "The Michigan Stove Company Detroit Chicago." In 1902, they were located at 1022-1056 Jefferson at Adair. (Founded in 1871, the company annually turned 16,000 tons of iron into 60,000 stoves and ranges by 1891, and employed 1,500 workmen at that time.)
