All Minnesota (mostly Minneapolis) vd. Illus; photos, various sizes, whole issues present, folds, toning, chipping else in remarkably good condition. Alternative papers touting the Farm-Labor candidtates in various elections in Minnesota throughout the Great Depression. Minnesota was a hot-bed of labor issues in those days. Newspapers include The Beacon, American Leadership, Minnesota Leader, All-Party Advocate (three copies of same issue; Al Smith is shoe-in 1940), Minnesota Labor Review, Our Time, Reason, The Jeffersonian, The State News and Twin City Life, Minnesota Voice, Farmer-Laborer Advocate, The Hornet, Labor, The Public Press, The Wesley News, The Duluth Rip-Saw, Our Time, The People's Lobbyist, The Lake Harriet Weekly Leader (ok, not political), The Minnesota Crisis, Minneapolis Wants Fair Play, Official Bulletin, Security, Better Government Clip Sheet, The Minneapolis Educator, Pink Sheet, Age of Plenty, The Agricultural Northwest, The Monitor, The State News, The Record, plus three incomplete papers, and one issue of "Who's Who Why and Where in Minneapolils Primary Election, Monday May 13th 1929" Lots on Marvin Kline for Mayor, Henrik Shipstead for Senator.
