CORRESPONDENCE FROM HORACE RACKHAM REGARDING DRAIN ON ON PROPERTY IN HIGHLAND PARK VILLAGE. 2 Letters.

Detroit Nov. 12, 1913 and Nov. 21, 1913. First letter from attorney McKee Robison on behalf of his client Solon B. Cook regarding the loss of value to Cook's property on Meldrum (now in Detroit) due to a drain across his lot, to Horace Rackham, attorney for the Highland Park Land Company. 4 pages, holes at top, on attorney's letterhead. Second letter is from Rackham to John Dodge, president of Highland Park Land Co., referring matter to him (through the "drain" is now a "ditch", also 4 pages on Rackham's letterhead. Each letter is SIGNED, though holed at top, folds etc. Interesting matter. Racjkam was an original investor in Ford Motor Company, as were John Dodge and his brothers.
