Begins: "The Secretary of the Admiralty makes the following announcement" Explains the circumstances surrounding the British sinking of the German submarine U-41 on Sept. 24, 1915, with a statement of the commanding officer of the ship that sank the U-Boat. The Germans allege the British failed to pick up survivors, the British say differently.
